Every morning at 8am, score the health of each active Valuecase onboarding. For each space, pull via the Valuecase MCP: - Days since the customer's last visit - Milestone completion vs. expected timeline - Overdue task count Combine with: - HubSpot: recent activity, escalations logged, deal sentiment - Google Calendar: scheduled meetings (or lack thereof) with the customer Produce a risk score (Green / Yellow / Red) per account with a one-line reason. Post the Red list to Slack for the CS team. Include a summary of Yellow accounts that trended toward Red this week, so small slides don't turn into surprises.
