AI Agent: Now with File Uploads, Add to Chat, and Help Center Access
Since we launched the AI agent, it's become one of the most-used features in Valuecase. Teams are translating entire templates, customizing Spaces from meeting transcripts, and building out pages in a fraction of the time. This update makes it even more powerful.
File uploads – you can now feed PDFs, spreadsheets, or other files into the agent so it can read the content and act on it. For example, upload a PDF proposal and have the agent turn it into a full Space, or feed it a spreadsheet to build an action plan.
"Add to Chat" button – every block now has a button that sends it straight to the agent. One click and you can reference a specific block for the agent to edit.
Help Center access – the agent now has access to our full Help Center. You can ask it how things work in Valuecase and get answers right inside the editor, without switching tabs.

Gantt Chart Block: Schedule and Move Tasks in the Timeline
You can now schedule and move tasks directly in the Gantt Chart block – no need to go back to the action plan. Great for larger projects and screen shares with your team or buyers.
Drag on the timeline to set start and end dates for tasks. Drag tasks along the timeline to shift them to new dates. Click into the timeline to schedule tasks that don't have a date yet. Everything syncs instantly.
Other Improvements
This release also includes several quality-of-life updates:
New columns in the Spaces list and Kanban view: Plan Start Date and Plan Target Date.
Filter your Spaces list by internal properties like Stage, Health, or any other custom internal property.
Placeholders (e.g. Company Name) are now available in action plan task descriptions – only works for plans customers are not allowed to edit.
Bulk start / end date update across action plans: change a start or end date once and apply it to all other plans in the Space.
Guided space editors now also record block video intros.
FAQ
Can I upload any file type to the AI agent?
The agent currently supports PDFs, spreadsheets (XLSX/CSV), and text-based files like transcripts. Upload a file and the agent will read its contents and suggest actions.
What does the "Add to Chat" button do?
It sends the content of that specific block to the AI agent so you can edit it conversationally. You'll find it on every block.
What kind of questions can I ask the agent about Valuecase?

Can I create tasks in the Gantt Chart block?
No – the Gantt Chart block shows existing action plan tasks. What's new is that you can schedule and move those tasks directly in the timeline by dragging, or click to schedule unscheduled tasks.
