We’ve released a new round of features and improvements in Valuecase to help you work faster and collaborate more effectively. Below is a breakdown of everything that’s new—plus a few quality-of-life updates that came directly from your feedback.
New Dashboard Sidebar for Faster Navigation
You can now view key information from your Spaces—such as action plans, tasks, form responses, and comments—without opening each one individually.
From the Space list, Task list, or Activity feed, just click the sidebar icon to instantly access details at a glance. It’s a major time-saver for customer-facing teams managing multiple Spaces in parallel.
Multi-Submit Forms Are Here
A top user request is now live: multi-submit support for forms.
When adding a form, you can now choose between:
- Single submit – one response per Space
- Multi-submit – multiple stakeholders can fill out the form independently
It’s perfect for CSATs, onboarding surveys, or gathering input from several people on the customer side. All submissions are downloadable directly from the editor or via the new dashboard sidebar.
Workflow Upgrades Based on Your Feedback
Since launching Workflows, we’ve received fantastic feedback—and we’re shipping improvements fast. Here’s what’s new:
- New triggers: Start workflows when an action plan or a specific milestone is completed
- Real-time visibility updates: Page visibility changes now apply immediately—no refresh needed
- Email previews: Send yourself a preview when configuring email notifications
These changes give you more control and reliability when automating your Spaces.
Other Notable Improvements
- Form validation: Short and long text fields now support input validation
- Forms API endpoint: Added to our public docs for advanced automation
- HTML in custom properties: Supports simple HTML tags (e.g. to add AI-generated intros)
- More data in Space list: New columns for better visibility—more table updates coming soon
- Microsoft Stream support: Embed Stream-hosted videos in your Spaces
- Custom thumbnails: Upload your own file previews via the asset library
Thanks again for all your input. Your feedback is shaping every release.
