Valuecase vs GUIDEcx: Feature comparison
Both platforms offer project management for customer onboarding. This comparison highlights Valuecase’s built-in collaborative forms, native AI, and customer workspace, alongside the additional professional services capabilities available in GUIDEcx.
Inside the Space
Both platforms offer onboarding plans, tasks, file sharing, Gantt views, shareable client access, and custom branding. Valuecase brings the plan, resources, and information gathering together in one customer Space. Its built-in collaborative forms let multiple stakeholders contribute to one shared response, with progress saved automatically so customers can return later. Conditional logic keeps questions relevant, while completion tracking and reminders help your team collect missing information. GUIDEcx does not offer built-in forms. Valuecase also includes multi-language Spaces, digital sales rooms, and native video recording.
AI & Automation
Valuecase’s native AI agent helps your team create and manage onboarding across the platform. A native MCP server and apps in the Claude and ChatGPT marketplaces let you work with Valuecase through the AI tools you already use – with AI included in every plan. GUIDEcx’s documented MCP setup asks customers to build, configure, and run their own local server using its API. That is a development project your team has to set up and maintain. Valuecase provides the native connections ready to use. Both platforms automate workflows and customer notifications.
Internal project management
Valuecase combines a customer workspace with a strong project management backbone: Kanban boards, Gantt timelines, custom dashboards, and tasks with owners and due dates. Your team can track every active onboarding and see what needs attention, from simple plans to multi-team implementations. GUIDEcx also offers list, board, and Gantt views, reporting, and internal status tracking.
Analytics
Both platforms report on project progress, task completion, and team workload, and both expose onboarding data to your own BI stack. Valuecase adds customer-side engagement analytics – who opened the Space, what they viewed, and which accounts are going quiet.
Integrations
Both integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier and offer a public API – but GUIDEcx gates CRM integrations and API access to higher plans. Valuecase includes two-way HubSpot sync (with custom objects) and Salesforce, and adds a Make.com app and a Chrome extension.
Admin, enterprise & security
Both offer user management, SSO, and GDPR-compliant processing. Valuecase is ISO 27001:2022 certified with EU/Germany data hosting; GUIDEcx is US-hosted – its data processing agreement allows processing in the United States and anywhere in the world, with no EU residency option. Valuecase also adds a general-purpose content management layer (Asset Library) and multi-team management with separated content and permissions.
Professional services management
If you need resource allocation, time tracking, billing, and customer onboarding execution in the same platform, GUIDEcx may be the better fit. Its Advanced plan combines these professional services capabilities. If you already manage staffing and billing elsewhere, those capabilities are less relevant to the decision.
Pricing
Valuecase starts at €59/month for one internal user with unlimited customers, no seat minimum, AI included, and a 14-day free trial. GUIDEcx requires a sales quote for every plan and does not offer a free trial. CRM integrations, API access, and SSO are available on Premium and above; resource management, advanced time tracking, and billing are on Advanced.
