Every Friday at 3pm, generate a status report for each active Valuecase space. Use the Valuecase MCP to pull milestone progress, open tasks, and recent customer activity. Combine with HubSpot deal context and product usage data if available. Produce two versions: - Internal: for the account owner, highlighting risks, blockers, and next actions - External: customer-ready update with progress, what's coming next, and any asks Save the internal version as a Gmail draft to the account owner. Save the external version as a draft for review before sending to stakeholders.
