March brought several powerful updates to Valuecase, all aimed at making your workflow more efficient and your customer spaces more flexible.
✅ Automate with Workflows (Beta)
Workflows are now available in beta. This feature lets you automate tasks inside your Valuecase Spaces, such as:
- Unlocking content based on customer actions (e.g. completing a task or submitting a form)
- Sending automatic reminders when a Space goes inactive
- Instantly notifying internal or external stakeholders when a form is submitted
Workflows are already being used in live accounts. While the feature is stable, we’re continuing to refine the experience—your feedback is welcome.
✉️ Templated Email Notifications
Email notifications are now easier to manage. Instead of setting them up individually for each Space, you can define default notifications at the template level.
To enable:
- Open a template and go to Settings
- Select Email Notifications from the sidebar
- Toggle on your preferred defaults
All new Spaces created from this template will use these settings by default—helping you streamline communication.
🎨 More Customization, Better CRM Sync, and Smarter Filters
A few smaller—but impactful—improvements also went live:
- Define custom text colors in Company Settings (available in the text editor)
- Collect visitor emails by default via templates
- Improved dashboard filters across views
- Added columns in the Space list (especially useful for tracking action plans)
- Enhanced CRM sync: more data from mutual action plans is now sent automatically (e.g. open tasks, latest milestones)
